We’re not realy the type of people to blow our own trumpet unlike other certain online shops who have whole sections dedicated to how happy their punters are, not pointing any fingers. But we recieved this mail the other day by a customer of ours and couldnt ressist. Enjoy…….
Quick email - totally pointless really, but valid nonetheless.
I’ve spoken to you guys over the past couple of weeks and have, in all fairness, not been the easiest customer to deal with; returns, refunds etc. and you quite honestly have been a real pleasure to deal with.
I’m a complainist by nature – and people in stores (online or on the street) generally seem, when posed with a question or enquiry, to act as if assisting is a form of personal favour or inconvenience. This pisses me off no-end. I couldn’t even begin to pen how much. Anyway, you’ve been courteous, friendly, and more efficient than any other online retailer I’ve ever had the pleasure, or lack thereof, to deal with. A rare experience to say the least.
It’s worth noting that I’ve never felt the need to offer commentary on the level of service, other than the extremely poor, before. Simply put – keep it up. You’re doing an awesome job.
